If there’s a new niche you want to reach does this mean you have to start from scratch with all your content? No, there’s a powerful and profitable way you can change content you ALREADY have by “nichefying” it.
Nichefying content means that you tweak content you already have to appeal to a particular niche. For example, a general time management ebook appeals to a broad market. You can capture a larger market share by tweaking the content to appeal to a specific niche.
So your general time management ebook could become:
As you might expect, there are a nearly endless number of ways you can tweak a product so that it appeals to different niches. In just this example alone, you could take one ebook (time management) and create eight new products.
Taking content and adjusting it to a new target audience generally doesn’t take very long. It comes down to repurposing what you already have.
